The Atahualpa theme for WordPress is now up to version 3.5.3 which supports the new 3.0+ menus. Thus far I’m not getting the suggestion to upgrade automatically, but I downloaded it from the site. I’m only using it on one site at this point because of some bugs, but it appears that this new version has cleaned up the problems.
