Company Twitter Accounts

When I first started a Twitter account for my company Energion Publications (@energion), I wanted to communicate to anyone who used it that Energion was on Twitter to be a good social media citizen, communicate, and yes, of course, sell books when possible.

The problem is that many people have a hard time telling the difference between spamming and letting others know about your product when you have a good idea that they’d like to hear.

The answer is in this blog post from SocialMediaToday.com, which gives some best practices for companies.  I really like this list and plan to use it as a guide.
