I got a call from one of my clients on this last night, so I thought I’d post the recommendation. I’m also adding a category “Software Recommendations” so that it’s easy to get a list by clicking on the category in the right sidebar.
For FTP I recommend FileZilla. I only started using it recently, but it works well, and fulfills my needs.
